Tuesday the 10th of April

Today we continued our work on the project, after enjoying a short week of Easter vacation.

Going in to today we had a loose schedule of things we had to accomplish.
Fist of we head to follow up on our arrangement with Stefanshjemmet. We Called Bente, the headmaster of the place. She was very open and enthusiastic to have us come visit. So we set up a date Monday the 16th. The reason for it not being earlier is that the entire border, which have the most knowledge about Pervarsive heathcare, was away Thursday though Friday. After we arranged the visit we sent Bente a modified version of our email to Lunden, to let her know a bit about our project and wishes for the day.

The second thing on our agenda was to get back in touch with Lunden and get firm date with them aswell. We corresponded with Lone via mail and phone, and she let us know that we cloud come by tomorrow Wednesday. She had arranged for us to be split into two groups of two people. One following Bjarne around and one group to meet a person called Emil, who was only nineteen , but had a lot of the same deficiencies as Bjarne. We where to be split be cause Lone thought that it was too overwhelming for the residents if four persons where to follow them around at all times. Away this was a good thing, as it gave us the possibility to observe more and different things during the same time span.

Lastly we stared working on our journal, which is due next Friday so we figured we better had to get stared right away. Especially since we will be spending a few day out in the field.

  1. Hey guys,
Great to see progress from your side. Remember that in your hand-in Friday you have to present visual mappings based on your analysis and perceived connections in your area. So even though you do not have all that much data yet, you should still be able to represent contexts, issues and ideas based on your current research.
Your letter is over all very professional and informative. Next time though I would not include the projekt discription, best to keep these kinds of e-mails brief :)
