Today we had another appointment at a center called Stefanshjemmet in Aarhus. This place has a total of 40 people living there, and also a lot of external users. The external users, used the place for daily activities such as training, painting, modelling etc. We followed a physical therapist who had the responsibility for two residents, with minor and lessor injuries. They both lived at the residential home, and were too ill to use the activities, that the external users utilized. We followed them through the morning and saw them do their daily rituals. One thing that surprised us was an invention that one of the residents we followed, had got installed on his wheelchair. A cigarette smoking machine that helped him smoke the cigarettes, which was the only thing that he enjoyed throughout the day.

All in all the biggest difference between the two places that we visited was the amount of people who were physical ok but more cognitive inhibited were bigger at Stefanshjemmet than in varde. Which gave a different aspekt.
